- Moisture content controlled at 8–12% to prevent warping in transit and in humid storage
- Zero-splinter edge inspection on 100% of knife production
- Metal detection pass on every finished carton
- Batch-level traceability from log supplier to container number
- Golden sample retained for 24 months after shipment
- AQL 2.5 major / 4.0 minor final random inspection as standard
